Hully Gully is the second trail in our Signature Trail Series. This trail is definitely a backside favorite for beginner skiers and seasoned riders alike. In 2015, it was even featured as the race course for a giant slalom for USSA, a ski racing organization. It is an intermediate, blue trail that offers great riding for those looking for a slightly steeper, groomed terrain.
Hully Gully is located to the skiers-left, off of Highway. It can be accessed by the Chile Express or the Southwest Flyer. It is a wide trail, with varying pitches and fall lines. The entrance offers a nice steep pitch before mellowing out a bit. If you feel comfortable, the trail entrance is a great place to catch a little air as you merge. As you continue down the trail, it steepens again for a nice variety of terrain. This pitch is great for practicing your turns on the steeps or ramping up your speed a bit. Hully Gully merges into Hallelujah, which continues to the base of the backside. Keep your eyes up because this trail offers beautiful views of the back basin all the way down.
