The competition was fun, friendly, and fierce. The crowd cheered racers on, and we hope everyone had a blast. Thanks to our local sponsors, Men's and Women's categories each took home: First Place: $1,000 Second Place: $750 Third Place: $500 Fourth through Tenth all won $100 and the Little Scoops (12 and Under) won pizzas from sponsor Pizza Stop! ⚠️ Safety Sunday ⚠️ Ski Patrol Supervisor Austin is here to remind everyone about the 10 points of the Skier Responsibility Code, today with No. 7: Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas. Shovel Races are Back Today was on-course practice for racers 🏁 and tomorrow begins both qualifiers and finals, with winners taking home $1,000💰for first place 🥇! If you want to race, you can register by 9 AM Saturday morning at Village Haus. Want to spectate? We’ve set up bleachers right at the finish line; come join the crowd and cheer on the racers! Thanks to the new snow and the hard work of our Mountain Operations teams, we now have 65 runs open (76% of our trails), and all lifts are spinning.
