Sopapillas ($5 per basket)
Chile Relleno (Ind) ($3.50 each)
Whole hatch chile stuffed with cheddar jack cheese, deep fried and topped with avocado crema
Entrée ($8.00 per person served family style)
Blue Corn Stacked Enchiladas (Ind) Blue corn tortillas layered with slow cooked spiced brisket, red or green chile, cheddar jack cheese and topped with fire roasted corn, feta cheese and cilantro lime crema. Served with lettuce and tomatoes. (Vegetarian-Gluten Free option available)
Carne Adovada (FS) Red chile and mexican spiced marinated pork butt slow cooked and served with tortillas and shredded cheese.

Granny smith apple slow cooked with sugar, cinnamon, green chile, spices and topped with oatmeal brown sugar crumble, vanilla ice cream, caramel, and pine nuts.
