Downhill Rockies Race Series

The Downhill Rockies Race Series kicks off their summer 2022 downhill MTB racing at Angel Fire Resort! Registration and packet pick-up begin Friday (6.10) afternoon with open practice continuing through the day and then racing Saturday and Sunday. It takes a village to run a mountain—and we’re lucky to have incredible women in every department leading the way! 💪❄️ From Ski Patrol to Lift Ops, Ski School to Rentals, Accounting to HR, Lodging to Food & Beverage, and even our Mountain Director—Angel Fire Resort is powered by women who bring skill, passion, and dedication to the slopes and beyond. This #InternationalWomensDay, we celebrate all the women who make the mountain an amazing place to work and play. 10" of snow overnight, with more falling throughout the morning! Today was a fantastic day on the mountain. The fresh snow will keep conditions excellent as we welcome our Spring Break skiers and riders! Getting to the slopes is easy here at Angel Fire Resort! When you visit us, take advantage of our complimentary shuttles. Our drivers will whisk you from any of our parking lots right to the base area and back. Shuttles run seven days a week during our winter season on the following schedule: 7:30 AM - 5 PM | Regular Days 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM | Night Skiing Days 3" of fresh snow ❄️ fell overnight, the conditions are excellent and we love seeing our skiers in Mardi Gras 🟣 🟢 🟡 beads celebrating Fat Tuesday with fresh pow ☃️! With the new snow Mountain Ops opened new runs: 🟦 Free Flight 🟦 I-25 ⬛ Glory Hole ⬛ Hells Bell's Our Snowmakers have been working hard to ensure we’re giving our skiers and riders the best experience and conditions on the mountain, with or without Mother Nature’s help! ☀️ Spring skiing ⛷️ is currently here at Angel Fire Resort! Expect fast, firm snow in the mornings & afternoon, with softer turns mid-day. Some trails may open & close throughout the day as conditions change—stay updated on runs using our free app or website & enjoy the ride 🕶️ 🙂 😎! ⛷️: @1_r_i_v_e_r_1 "It was a beautiful weekend at Angel Fire Resort and the kids were racing down the mountain in the USASA Skiercross/Boardercross Jedi Challenge.
