Come tee off at 8,600′ on our par 72, 6,653-yard, 18-hole golf course surrounded by the majestic southern Rocky Mountains in Angel Fire, New Mexico. The front nine incorporates a longer-playing layout that meanders through two unspoiled canyons of aspen, spruce, and pine, while the back nine offers links-style play with smaller greens and plenty of bunkers. The signature hole, #6, places the golfer on the tee box 200 vertical feet above the green, 239 yards away, surrounded by groves of aspen trees and towering pine.

The pro shop will begin taking tee times in May 2025 | Exact Date Coming Soon

We are excited to announce the launch of our new online tee time reservation system through the EZLinks program. This platform aims to streamline the process of booking tee times for your convenience.

To access the portal, please follow these simple steps:

-Visit the "Book Tee Time" link below
-In the upper right corner, click “Sign In”
-Enter your username and password. Your username will be "AF-" followed by your member number. For example, if your member number is 98765, your username would be AF-98765. Your initial password is set as password123. We recommend changing it after your first login for security purposes. If you are a new member or do not have an account, please call the Golf Shop at 575-377-4488 and our staff will help you set up a username and password.
-Once logged in, you will notice a red box on the left displaying the date. Simply select your desired date and utilize the scroll bar to choose your preferred tee times. After that, you can select your tee time by pressing view, then continue.

The Platinum Tournament

The Platinum Tournament is an 18-hole 4-person scramble for Angel Fire Resort Platinum Members and their Guests. This event is to thank all of our platinum members for their continued support of the golf course and Angel Fire Resort. Lunch and Prizes will be included along with a morning full of fun.

The Wednesday Night Scramble

9-Hole 3-Person Team Scramble with Two Free Beers/Seltzers

The Wednesday Night Scramble has seen growing popularity over the past 6 years. With over 600 participants last year, this is an event you don’t want to miss. Includes a 9-hole Scramble with two free beers or seltzers during the round. With many of the Angel Fire Country Club Golf Staff participating, you always have a chance to pair up with one of our PGA Professionals. Bring your team, or we can put you on a team. There is an optional Skins Game so you only need one good hole to have a chance to win. Put together your 3-person team and join us for a fun evening of drinks, golf, and prizes.

Do you like to drink and occasionally play golf? We have your answer, the Sip and Swing a 9-Hole 4-Person Team Scramble. With 2 complimentary cocktail stations on the golf course and your total score meaning nothing, the Sip and Swing will make sure that your team is focused on having lots of fun. Prizes are given to teams based on team numbers drawn randomly out of a hat. Put together your 4-person team and join us for a fun-filled afternoon of drinks, golf & prizes.

The 2024 Royal Member Guest is the marquee golf event this summer and is currently full with a waiting list. The four-day event is designed for Angel Fire Resort Members to provide their guests with an amazing and memorable golf experience in Angel Fire. Members and their guests will be put into Flights of 6-Teams, based on their handicaps. Teams will play five 9-hole matches over three days and the Flight winners will participate in a 6-hole Shootout. Tee prizes, contests, meals, and much more are provided. The event includes a Gala Dinner Dance on Saturday Night with spouses encouraged to join.

Course Policies

Course hours vary by season and available daylight. Please call the Golf Shop.
Please check in at least 15 minutes before tee time. If there is any change in tee time status such as cancellation or number of golfers, please call the Golf Shop.
Pace of play: golfers must maintain their position relative to the group in front of them. Early groups should play for 4 hours – 4 hours and 15 minutes; later starts should play for no more than 4.5 hours (15 minutes per hole).
Golf attire is required on the course. Collared shirts are required for men. Denim is permitted. No gym shorts or halter tops. The dress code applies to children over 12. If in doubt, please call the Golf Shop.
Soft spikes or tennis shoes are acceptable. No metal spikes are allowed.
Mountain weather is changeable so bring a sweater, wind shirt, or rain jacket for those afternoon showers.
At this altitude, it is necessary to drink plenty of water.

Lightning policy

No guaranteed protection against lightning and dangerous weather. Our staff will attempt to notify golfers when dangerous weather is approaching, but the ultimate decision to continue or resume play will be left to the golfer’s discretion. Golfing under such conditions is not recommended, but players may do so at their own risk.
